The Safe Schools Coalition teaches controversial ‘queer gender theory’, which includes teaching children that gender exists outside the male and female binary, and that gender is fluid and changes over time. The ‘safe schools’ program was promoted as an ‘anti-bullying’ program until one of its founders declared that it was not about anti-bullying, but instead was about promoting gender and sexual diversity. The bullying component turns out to be bullying actions against anyone who questions the LGBT agenda.
It is worrying when person who set up the Safe Schools Coalition, Roz Ward, claims that the program is part of a strategy to radically change society. Publicly this Roz Ward says it is designed to stop bullying and suicides. However, behind closed doors at a Marxism conference she stated that it was part of a wider Marxist strategy to radically change society. So ‘Safe Schools’ is not an anti-bullying program but is a program to promote sexual and gender diversity. It was written by activists with the express aim of transforming society.
The published aim of the Safe Schools Coalition is:
… to help school staff create safer and more inclusive environments for same-sex-attracted, intersex and gender-diverse students, school staff and families.
The program provides optional resources for secondary schools, including professional development for teachers and one classroom-level teaching resource, “All of Us”, designed for Year 7 and 8 students, who are generally aged between 11 and 14.
Thankfully, there is a backlash to this government funded program.
Commonsense prevails against this Marxixt inroads into all of our major parties. We will have to rely on the commonsense of some minor parties that still have a bit of a voice and are not entirely sidelined by our increasingly partisan news media.
