Killing the Unborn

Other than abortion, when else can someone, have the legal right to kill a human? Abortion is the death penalty to the defenseless. Even a born child brought into the world by the meeting of gametes in an orgasm, cannot be killed, even though both parents call the child: “My child”. The days of child sacrifice talked about in the despicable old testament are well gone. But Foeticide (or feticide)  has been conveniently re-badged as abortion as if it is a form of contraception. A right of a woman to request foeticide ceases when that right violates the rights of another person. The other person may be the father, a grandparent, and not forgetting the defenseless child still in the womb.

Queensland, for example, has specific foetal homicide laws. If a motor accident were to occur, a driver could be charged with the offence of killing an unborn child, which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment. If parents prepare a room with cot and tell their young daughter that she will soon have a brother, the unborn brother is already seen as a member of the family. Mothers are expected to eat sensibly and refrain from drinking alcohol and taking part in inappropriate activities to care for the unborn child. We all have the responsibility to care for the alcohol damaged child. We all have rights but we also have responsibilities to each other and the the society at large. Foetal alcohol syndrome is a serious problem in many communities. Societal effort is made to protect the yet-to-be-born human. Foetal homicide laws are put in place with belief that the law should recognize that the loss of an unborn human as a distinct loss, and that the death of and embryo is more than an injury suffered by a woman carrying a child. The Queensland law is as follows:

CRIMINAL CODE 1899 – SECT 313

Killing unborn child

313 Killing unborn child

(1) Any person who, when a female is about to be delivered of a child, prevents the child from being born alive by any act or omission of such a nature that, if the child had been born alive and had then died, the person would be deemed to have unlawfully killed the child, is guilty of a crime, and is liable to imprisonment for life.

(1A) A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) by performing a termination, or assisting in the performance of a termination, under the Termination of Pregnancy Act 2018 .Example—

See also the Termination of Pregnancy Act 2018 section 10 in relation to a woman’s criminal liability for a termination on herself.

(2) Any person who unlawfully assaults a female pregnant with a child and destroys the life of, or does grievous bodily harm to, or transmits a serious disease to, the child before its birth, commits a crime.Penalty—

Maximum penalty—imprisonment for life.

The Unborn Victims of Violence Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-212) is a United States law which recognizes an embryo or fetus in utero as a legal victim, if they are injured or killed during the commission of any of over sixty listed federal crimes of violence.

Try telling a pregnant woman that the fetus is not her child! The harming of a pregnant women is generally recognized as an atrocious crime whilst not specifically defining a fetus as a human. A murder is often considered to be a double homicide. To trip a woman over is a crime, but to trip a pregnant woman is a crime of greater magnitude even thought those that are pro-foetecide claim the foetus is simply part of a female body. We clearly accept a need to provide protection for the unborn human. The ‘Unborn Victims of Violence Act’ clearly is intended to protect a human that is yet to be able to protect itself. A young child is also unable to protect itself but our culture requires that a child be protected and be kept from abuse. A child that is not well-cared-for is removed by the state and placed in caring hands. There negligible difference between a born child and an unborn child just prior to birth.

The spoof ‘Every sperm is sacred’ contains the interesting line:

You’re a Catholic the moment Dad came.

It recognizes that we are the result of an orgasm when the father deposited seed within the mother’s body. It is sex that creates babies. The spoof hints that your religion is determined at finalization of copulation. The spoof continues:

Every sperm is sacred
Every sperm is great
If a sperm is wasted
God gets quite irate

It is the sperm that creates a human. Nature arranged for sperm to create new life. Life is a continuum. Gametes (sperm and oocyte) link one generation into the next. We do not just come from our father and mother, but we carry millennia of modifications to DNA to arrive at the miracle life form that is our body. As individuals, we become the temporary caretakers of the DNA formula to our bodily functions that date back millions of generations and we are expected to pass that onto the next generation along with accumulated knowledge on how to live in a harmonious civilization. God gave males a penis to fuck women and god gave a man balls to get females pregnant. Civilization, with its religious laws, took violence out of the procedure and tied the father into the protection process.

We are treating sex as amusement and forgetting its purpose. We have been conditioned to think of sex as a fun pastime. Reading on, the lyrics contain:

But God loves those who treat their
Semen with more care

God put the testicles on the outside of the body to keep them cool and silly humans covered them up and let them get too hot. They give males a gentle reminder every now and then that they need to be used for their intended purpose irrespective of the consequences.

Christians believe that adult human beings have the right to life. Other religions are more specific as to whom has the right to life: Moses was complicit:

In Numbers 31:15-18, after his soldiers had killed all of the men among the Midianites, Moses ordered his army officers to kill all of the male children, kill all of the nonvirgin females but to save alive all of the virgin girls for his troops. Prior to this, the Israelites had taken all of the animals and goods of the Midianites and then burned all of their towns. If genocide or “ethnic cleansing” is a war crime, then this act of Moses was clearly a war crime…What possible reason could Moses have given in order to justify this horrendous act of genocide? After all, wasn’t he the great “law giver”? He claimed that Yahweh, the God of Israel, ordered him to do this, because the Midianites worshiped a deity named Baal Peor. The Midianites felt that Baal Peor was nature’s god, the creator of the universe, whereas the Israelites believed that their god Yahweh was the creator. .. So, in effect, what we have here is a demonization of those people who refer to the creator by a different name. These people are accused of worshiping a false god.

Thirty-two-thousand virgin women were saved as booty. All others were killed. Jewish people still hold Moses in high regard. Jesus taught us a new set of rationalities. We should reject all of Moses writings and any who follow his example.

“Then Israel made this vow to the Lord: ‘If you will deliver these people into our hands, we will totally destroy their cities.’ The Lord listened to Israel’s plea and gave the Canaanites over to them. They completely destroyed them and their towns.”

(Numbers 21:2-3)

Moses was a tyrant:

You must strike down the inhabitants of that city with the sword. Completely destroy everyone in it as well as its livestock with the sword. And you are to gather all its plunder in the middle of the public square, and completely burn the city and all its plunder as a whole burnt offering to the LORD your God. The city must remain a mound of ruins forever, never to be rebuilt.…

Moses in Deuteronomy 13:15

Moses:

And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them: …

Deuteronomy 7:2,16

Christians must reject the evils of the old testament and adherents of the old testament. The god of the old testament was an evil creature. The god of Jesus is the one to follow. Let us not tolerate families and other religions with their death wishes towards us as they bring their children up to to despise us and consisder us as dispensible. I remember once in Tehran, I was told that the locals considered Christians to be of the same level as a dog. I was not accepting of this. Revelation 9:5 reads:

They were not allowed to kill them but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes.

Revelation 9:5

Jesus brought compassion to a society that was ‘hard of heart’. If we reject Christianity, we will return to a hard-of-heart society where every man is out for himself and no one has compassion for others. We are part way towards ‘hard of heart’ by having no compassion for the human in the womb.

In the US alone, nearly 40 million fetuses have been ‘aborted’, almost totaling the number of people who died during WW II.

We are but caretakers for the earth and should treat all life forms of life with respect, dignity and compassion. And we should expect others to do likewise. And so we should be intolerant to those who do not demonstrate compassion for life forms. The complexity of these life forms is way more complex than our simple thought systems can comprehend. No one on earth can make a new life form. We can mess with life forms purposely or accidentally with chemicals with unknown consequences.

Of interest is when life begins. In reality, it neither ends nor begins, it simply continues. We live on in our children. Life has a continuous process of regeneration – and thus the expression: “Every sperm is precious.” Ask someone who’s sperm is non functional whether sperm is precious. Ask a female whose womb will not give birth.

Who has the authority to decide who is expendable? The reason that we are asking: “When life starts” is because we are considering rights. If a fetus can be have its arms torn off, then its legs torn off, then its skull crushed, we are operation on the basis has no rights. What do we say of little boys that pull the legs off spiders? It is not a nice boy. If I cut the leg off my dog or crush its skull, I would have quite a few questions to answer. Under strange logic, a foetus does not even have the right to live. And some clever doctor, considers it acceptable to pull its legs off then crush its skull. Yet, he is not a ‘naughty boy’. However, a foetus does have the right to health, and so it has the right to an alcohol and drug free mother who is well fed and who’s womb is maintained by society as a protected environment. So a foetus has the right to health but not to life. Under leftist logic, you can pull its legs off but not let its mother drink alcohol! Many arguments about life are centered on when the fetus can survive outside the womb. But the jump from ‘in’ to ‘out’ is a minor physical difference. Yet even natural birth children would not survive if not given care. Is it thus the degree of care in a legalistic argument? So we are not really talking about when life starts but when ‘rights’ start. My life started when my father had an orgasm. Any tampering with the resultant zygote means that I was a gonner! I was no more! I was Monty Python’s dead parrot. No funeral, just chuck me in a garbage bin. I’m rather glad no one pulled my arms and legs off and crushed my skull before I used my own lungs and saw daylight. I am also glad no one gave me gender bending drugs. I enjoy being male and I love women. It is clearly fallacious to suggest that ‘rights’ are based on dependency. We should not be killing the unborn within women. Abortion on demand is denying the rights of the un-born. The unborn child has an uncontestable ‘right to life’. Its life started soon after the male inserted his penis in the female. It is the very reason that a male sticks his penis in a female. A male takes four minutes to create a baby. For the woman it is a life long task. Civilization brought some of that burden onto the male by enforcing female-centric patriarchy. Sperm and eggs contain life and a new life starts at conception.

Even a mother who has a miscarriage, says that she: “lost her child”. It is common to consider the un-born as a child ‘yet to be born’. From the moment of conception, a child is on the way. There is no stopping the process of birth unless there is intervention. Someone wishing to kill an offspring, does it before birth rather than after because the outcome is more ‘accepted’. Killing it after birth has the same result but is less accepted. Anything that interrupts the gestation prevents a human life from occurring. Abortion is legalized eugenics against the Western world. Kill the baby Christians and bring in non-Christians to replace the shortfall. In Islam, it is forbidden (haram) to abort the fetus and if this is done, it would result in the Diyah having to be paid.

Planned parenthood and family planning are more about preventing families. They are agencies acting against our communities. Lillath, a Feminist publication in Israel, the Jewish state, writes:

Feminist legislators may be justified in their fears of the religious parties. Chief Rabbis Shlomo Amar and Yona Mezger wrote in opposition to Galon’s proposal that the “killing of fetuses in their mothers’ wombs” is akin to “murdering souls” and “delays the Redemption,” introducing language that had until this point been absent from the legislative process in Israel, and which is arguably an imposition of Christian politics onto Israel and Jewish law.

https://www.lilith.org/articles/abortion-in-israel/ by Elana Maryles Sztokman and L. Ariella Zeller

Yet there is a disproportionate number of Jewish politicians in Christian countries and the feminist sprookers are overwhelmingly Jewish. To gain approval for an abortion in Israel, a woman must obtain approval from a pregnancy termination committee which is composed of a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, an additional medical specialist and a social worker. Israeli culture places an importance on babies and families. Motherhood is encouraged, but non-mothering women are culturally and economically marginalized. Israel’s Abortion Law legalizes abortion under any one of five conditions: (1) the woman is under 18 or over 40; (2) the fetus has a serious mental or physical defect; (3) the pregnancy resulted from forbidden relations such as rape, incest or adultery; (4) the pregnancy threatens the woman’s physical or mental health; (5) the pregnancy threatens the woman’s economic stability.

There is a heavy conversation over ‘when life begins’ because it is used as an excuse to kill a foetus. If a foetus is not life, then it has no rights and can be crushed. It is presupposed that rights start when life starts. The foetus has a ‘right to life’.

The reality is that women will never be sorry to have the child if they refuse the propagandised anti-Christian abortion. Unfortunately, we have enemies that want to keep killing the Christians. Two world wars were simply a culling of the Christians. The foeticide movement is little more than an attempt to brainwash Christian girls into terminating a pregnancy. Keep killing those Christians! As Moses said:

You must strike down the inhabitants of that city with the sword.

Moses

We are being ‘struck down’ with foeticide! Moses is getting his genocidal way on our Christian society.
